Points to add
A large body of research demonstrates that Elementary-school aged children increase their liking of vegetables with multiple exposures over time.
The children were presented with 4 vegetables (celery, collard greens, green onions, and romaine lettuce) and asked the following questions:
1. Can you identify these vegetables?
2. Would you be willing to try the vegetables?
